You may already know us as Madison Family Doulas, a well-established pillar of the Madison parenting community.
So why the name change?
Well, while many of our practitioners are trained postpartum doulas, the term “doula” is cemented in most people’s minds as a childbirth coach. That’s great, but our agency solely focuses on providing outstanding daytime postpartum family care and overnight infant care, so we’ve made the choice to rebrand as Madison Newborn Care!
Michelle Ellinger is still the owner, CEO, and Family Care Coordinator. Our awesome staff of postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, and lactation consultants is still the same. Our complete dedication to professionalism, setting high industry standards, and compassionate care? You guessed it - still the same!
